2:30PM-3:50PM, PRCC 227 and 226- Two simultaneous breakout groups, one unpacking the Quran, hadith and scholarly writings about queerness and fluidity in Islam and the Ummah. The other unpacking and reinterpreting Christian scripture. These events are open to Christians and Muslims of all political, cultural, religious, ideological, and/or spiritual identities.
4:00PM-5:20PM, PRCC 237- In this session, we’ll be discussing the ways that we can have honest conversations about religious freedom that de-center the status quo and re-center the bodies and experiences of marginalized people.
7:00PM-9:00PM, Intrinsic Cafe- To end the night, we will join SoulForce for the evening in the back patio of Intrinsic Cafe, located at 5 Sussex Ave, where we will discuss direct action, activism, and working through spiritual reclamation. SPECIAL DEALS ON BUBBLE TEA!
